Our staff and guides are many so we describe none singularly, but both fix and frelance staff are the integral part of our organization. The cultural guides speak various languages and know there work well. Some show you the hidden beauty of temples and monasteries, while trekking and alpine guides show you the mountains or eben climb them with you, raft on riveres and cycle along high routes through the tibetan plateau or along rice fields. We have only certyfied staff of course. Through our base concept of teamwork, where marketing and cleaning dishes is as important as save driving we have a high degree of "family and friends" relationships which we believe makes our work good for the guest as well as ourselfs. Director and camp helper drink a tea togheter, and regular training and courses help us to keep up professionally.
We are sure that through emphazising human relationship forming a team our all single work comes togheter for a ideal realization of your travel or adventure with us.
