The Nyeshang or Manangi as they are popularly known are Buddhist and the area is distinctively Tibetan in religion, culture and somewhat in landscape. Once there, at the valleys end awaits the Thorong La pass with 5416 m height to cross. The passage over the pass is accompanied with stunning mountain views towards the Manaslu Himal and the mighty Dhaulagiri. The landscape now changes dramatically into a arid one, much more Tibet like. Below the pass lies Multipath, one of the most revered shrines in the entire Himalayan range by both Hindu and Buddhist. Now descend through the deep gorge of the Kali Gandaki valley to reach finally the hot springs at Tatopani. A bath there is a "must" after all the days of trek. Before you end, you climb up the Poon Hill, a panoramic view point over the Dhaulagiri and Annapurna Himal. Finally the trek ends in Birethanti and in the panoramic Pokhara valley awaits a well deserved rest before this tour ends again in Kathmandu.
